About Propel Church Capital

Propel Church Capital was founded with a single conviction, no church should ever struggle to fulfill the vision God has given it because of financial confusion, predatory lending, or lack of clear guidance.

We exist to empower pastors, churches, and ministries with the clarity, strategy, and confidence they need to move forward.

Our firm is pastor-led, built on more than 18 years of hands-on ministry experience, church leadership, building acquisition, financial stewardship, and organizational growth. We understand the weight pastors carry, because we’ve carried it ourselves. We know the realities of ministry budgets, facility limitations, rapid growth, and the pressures of leading people while navigating complex financial decisions.

Propel Church Capital was created to stand in the gap, offering integrity, wisdom, and practical expertise to churches who need a trusted partner.

Our Purpose

Churches are more than borrowers — they are mission centers that shape communities, transform families, and carry the gospel. As pastors with nearly two decades of ministry experience, we have seen firsthand how a healthy financial foundation can accelerate ministry and how poor financing can hinder it.

Our purpose is to propel that mission by helping churches make smart, sustainable, long-term financial decisions rooted in wisdom and stewardship.

We help churches:

  • Purchase their first building

  • Navigate building acquisition and land development

  • Refinance unhealthy or high-rate loans

  • Fund renovations, improvements, and expansions

  • Prepare for future growth through strategic financial planning

  • Clean up financials to become “mortgage-ready”

  • Strengthen stewardship practices and long-term sustainability

Every recommendation we make is shaped by one goal:
to help ministries advance, not struggle.

How We Serve

Propel Church Capital bridges the space between pastoral leadership and financial institutions something most churches never receive. With 18+ years of pastoral and administrative experience, we know how to present ministries in the strongest possible position while protecting the vision God entrusted to them.

We:

  • Connect churches with trusted lenders and competitive loan programs

  • Prepare full loan packages, lender presentations, and financial documentation

  • Conduct thorough financial readiness assessments

  • Provide strategic consulting to strengthen the financial health of ministries

  • Partner with licensed professionals for bookkeeping, audits, and financial cleanup

  • Guide pastors and boards through every step with clarity and confidence

We do not work for lenders.
We advocate solely for the local church.

A Pastor-Led Approach That Churches Trust

Our unique strength lies in our background.

We have:

  • Led churches through building acquisitions and multi million dollar capital improvements

  • Managed multi-million-dollar budgets and complex financial structures

  • Overseen stewardship systems, donor development, and long-term planning

  • Navigated the pressures of growth, staffing, expansion, and facility needs

  • Worked hands-on with boards, finance teams, and lenders

This experience shapes how we advocate for churches, how we assess financial health, and how we guide ministries toward sustainable, God-honoring solutions.

Our Commitment to the Church

At Propel Church Capital, we stand firmly on these commitments:

  • Championing the vision God gave your church

  • Providing honest, unbiased, Christ-honoring financial counsel

  • Strengthening long-term financial stewardship and stability

  • Securing smart, strategic loan solutions tailored to your ministry

  • Protecting pastors and boards from unnecessary financial risk

  • Supporting churches from first conversation to closing and beyond

  • Advocating for churches, not lenders — ever

We don’t just help ministries close loans —
we help churches move forward with confidence, clarity, and Kingdom purpose.
